The Friends of the Flitch Way and Associated Woodlands work together with Essex County Council Country Parks Rangers and Public Rights of Way team for the benefit of the community in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment with particular regard to the Flitch Way and any other sites that come under the management of the Flitch Way Ranger Service.
We also aim to improve the education of the community in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment.
The Friends of the Flitch Way is a registered charity (no. 1115617) and the registered address is 13 Keats Avenue, Braintree CM7 1HB.
